Creamy Chicken Rotini Pasta Recipe

For Creamy Chicken Rotini Pasta Recipe
Ingredients
300 grams rotini pasta
1 grated carrot
1 sliced French onion
Some chives garlic
2 1/4 cups chicken broth
2 1/4 cups milk
1 tablespoon of dried parsley flakes
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 cup flour
Olive Oil
Directions
1. In a saucepan, melt butter and add flour.
2. While whisking, add the chicken broth, milk and parsley and bring to boil.
3. Add rotini pasta.
4. Add 3/4 of the grated carrot and garlic chives. Keep yourself 2 pieces of whole chives for the final presentation and the 1/4 of grated carrot.
5. Bake 12 minutes covered and discover halfway.
6. Salt and pepper.
